Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows when she was a teenager. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her Professional Card within a year. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from performing following the award of her Pro card to complete the college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show she competed for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. In October of 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than happy of her placing. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. Supersetting all of the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
